Using our design and fundraising experience we have put together a list of questions that you may find yourself asking during desigining and buying.

I can't find the rotate button and my image has come through landscape?

All images show up in the design area as landscape even if they are portrait designs. Click on the image and a small long toolbar appears. Here you will find various tools to help you design your card,the circular arrow symbol is the rotate button.


Does it make a dfference which card design I use for a landscape or portrait card?

You can choose any of our fantastic card designs to create your card. Once you have chosen your style there is a landscape and portrait for you to choose depending on your artwork. make sure you choose correctly or you will have a strange looking card!

Can I add in more of my own images?

Absolutely, on the left hand side you will see, above the pupil artwork, a tab that says add images from, here you can choose to upload images from you computer and other devices. We have loads of designs too that allow you space to add extra images in!

Will my card designed online look exactly the same as my sample card?

The sample card you receive is what your card design will look like if you place your order via the paper order form. When designing online you have full creative control. You add the text and place the image. If you want to personalise the back of the card with text shown on the sample card it's up to you.

No order placed online is automatically personalised, you have the power!

I have entered the shop and a warning appears, what do I do?

This bix only states that iweb needs firefox 3.5 in order to run properly. Simply click the OK button to proceed. This notification is in the process of being fixed so hopefully it won't appear for much longer but if you see it, you will know what to do!
