By the school entering the pupil's details into our secure site;

• We send school's the design templates for your children’s artwork immediately – giving you as much time as possible for your Christmas art projects
• We avoid the difficulty of reading pupil’s handwriting – sometimes quite a challenge!

Pupil confidentiality

We know that some parenst/guardians prefer us not to have pupil second names. This is not a problem(just bear in mind that we won’t be able to personalise cards with full pupil names!)

Some schools, groups and organisations have specific requirements or a policy in connection with providing data. As a registered Data Bureau* we will comply with any data management or confidentiality issues you may have – submit an enquiry for more info.
